Returning Handmade Knives
Return Policy
Notice: If you find any reason to be less than fully satisfied with the craftsmanship of your handmade Christensen Knife, please inform Christensen Knives within 10 days to initiate the knife return process. The knife should be in pristine, unused condition, with no blemishes or alterations to the blade geometry. It must be returned in its original, unused state and packaging. Ensure that the serial number of the knife is included in all correspondence.
Shipping: The knife must be returned with prepaid shipping, insured to the value of the knife, and with delivery confirmation. After a comprehensive inspection upon receiving the returned knife, I will issue a refund to the original payment method and payee only. In the event that we discover any evidence of tampering or use, Christensen Knives will contact the buyer to discuss the return further.
Insurance Claims: If your package or knife arrives in a damaged condition, please promptly contact the carrier and Christensen Knives within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. All of my shipments are dispatched with carrier insurance coverage.
