For Purchasing/Bulk Orders: In the Subject Line type “PURCHASING” and in the body of the email - provide us with more detail of your bulk purchasing request.

Notification: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your handmade Christensen Knife; Christensen Knives must be notified within 10 days to make knife return arrangements. Knife must be unused, unblemished, with no re-sharpened/blade geometry changes, it must be in original unused condition. Knife must be returned in original packing and package. Serial Number of Knife MUST be included in all correspondence.
Shipping: Knife must be returned prepaid, insured per knife value with delivery confirmation. Upon receipt of returned knife and after full inspection, purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method and original payee only. However, if we find evidence of tampering or use, Christensen Knives will contact the buyer to discuss the return further.
Insurance Claims: If your packaging and knife arrive damaged, immediately contact carrier and Christensen Knives within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. All shipments are sent with carrier insurance.
